I’m James. After years of navigating the mental static of Complex PTSD, I realized that the tools we use every day shouldn’t add to the noise. So I started building apps, bringing my day job as an IT process analyst together with AI as a working partner, and I picked up digital artistic tools, painting in Procreate or Adobe Fresco with live brushes. Both became ways to turn a complicated internal landscape into something clear, structured, and steady. This site brings together the three things that keep me anchored: apps designed for real-life recovery and training (with zero data-mining or shame-based scores), my art and photography, and the plain-language resources that helped me make sense of my own patterns. I hope others find this combination exciting, and useful in their own healing journey.
