A sober-day counter, a daily check-in, a workout library and real help when a craving hits, in one place on your phone. No account, no tracking, no judgement. Just brotherhood.
Versions 2.2 and 2.3 are about the minutes that matter most: when a craving hits, and when you need a reason to hold on.
Tap “Craving right now?” on Home, or long-press the app icon. A full-screen “Ride it out” view keeps a timer against a 20-minute bar, paces box breathing, shows one of your own reasons for quitting, asks you to play the tape forward, and puts 988 and a call to someone one tap away.
Lock the app with your phone's own fingerprint, face or PIN, so there is no extra code to forget. 988 stays on the lock screen, and the app hides its contents in recent apps on Android 13 and up.
Write down your reasons for quitting in your own words, with a photo from your phone or Google Photos if you like. They show on Home, and again next to 988 when you log a strong craving or a slip.
Taken on an Android phone during closed testing, October 2026.
Built natively for Android from the Jacked on Sobriety community's own workouts, stories and resources.
Set the day your count began and watch it grow. Badges land at 1, 7, 30, 60, 90 and 180 days, then at 1, 2 and 5 years, with a countdown to the next one.
“Stayed sober today?” with Yes, Close call or Slipped, then craving level, what set it off, what helped, and a note. After a slip, a no-judgement screen offers 988 and lets you restart the count or keep it.
Ride out a craving with a timer, box breathing, your own reasons and the shortest workout. “I rode it out” logs the day as a close call, not a slip.
A “Why I quit” card on Home shows your reasons one at a time, with optional photos. The app keeps only a link to each photo, never a copy.
Pick an emotion on a seven-step pleasantness scale, add feeling words and what is having the biggest impact. Modeled on Apple's State of Mind.
Every day since your clean date is tinted. Sobriety answers, completed workouts and mood colours show on each day, with monthly totals and four-week trends.
Push, Pull, Legs, Full Body, Core, Conditioning and Recovery sessions, filtered by focus and by time. Each has a cool-down routine and recovery tips, and Home picks a workout for today.
Crisis lines for call and text, eight recovery programs, and a Need backup? card on Home. If you are in immediate danger, call 911 or 988.
Daily steps from Health Connect without double counting a phone and a watch, a daily reminder you set yourself, and two home-screen widgets for days clean and streak progress.
Turn it on from the Log's Your progress. It locks on a fresh start and after a minute away, using the phone's own fingerprint, face or PIN.
A quote of the day from a set of 97, real recovery stories in a new order each visit, training partners, supplements and the merch store.
The app is not a medical device and does not replace treatment or a sponsor. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 in the US. More places to start are on the Resources page.
What changed in each build, newest first.
